I'm Pregnant! ...I mean, I'm hungry.

Anyway, this update is brought to you by the letter w, as in what have I been doing with my weight loss goals. No where. In my own defense, I was really sick last week but I didn't go last night like I had planned. And I've learned if you really want something you have to go that extra mile. There was this great motivational whatever you call it I saw a while ago:

One more thing, one more time. And that's what it takes with goals like these where it just seems impossible. It's one decision at a time.

And during this process I've learned a lot about myself, about my level of impatience and the way I handle food as all contributed to my gain in weight.(And for the record, I'm not a spherical shaped ball or anything, just not at the weight I'd like). So here's my new gym schedule, and I'm going to do my best to follow it. And it's when you let one thing slip where the avalance type relapses happen. Can't fall back if you don't trip. Anyway:

Monday:
Spinning 7:30 pm
Weight Training 8:15 pm
Cardio 20

Tuesday:
Cario 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Weight Training 8-30? Not sure about this.
Cardio 45

Wednesday: (morning)
Cardio 45 min

Weight Training 20

Thursday: (morning)

Cardio 45 min

(evening)

Weight Training 20 min

Friday:
Spinning 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Cardio 45 min 5:00pm - 5:45 pm

Weight Training 8:00am - 9:00 am

Sunday:

Chill out.
